2001 yz250 suspension settings

Just bought a 01' yz250 procircuit platinum, 304 silencer,v-force reeds. Bike runs great, forks need a little tlc.
Any suggestions on anything about this bike would be great.
What is a good front tire for medium to hard dirt?
Front & rear clicks on suspension etc..
I weigh about 170

Again, there are plenty of posts about tires. I like the Michelin MH2 front in the summer. Suspension? No idea since I have my bikes revalved by a professional. Yours may have been too so I'd at least replace the fork oil before you do anything. Same for the shock.
