92 KDX rear light fixture

My bike has no rear light fixture but the laws here require one. The stock fender is on it and there is a spot for it. Are there aftermarket products I can adapt or do I need to go get the real deal? What is the voltage and current output? Is it 12 volt?

Stock unit is set up for a 12 volt, 10 watt bulb; it is not DOT approved

I just bought the L.E.D drop down light from Baja Designs. It is not D.O.T approved, but it is sold with every dualsport kit.

My bike just passed the inspection with the light and the officer had no complaints about it.

If you look at this light you will also need to buy a MX style rear fender.
