Hey guys, maybe you can help me. I was wondering if these newer 2 strokes have rev limiters like all the 4 strokes do? I don't wanna test this theory by rapping it out in neutral, it might end up being quite a costly test if it doesn't.

Thanks in advance, Patrick...

I often hear that you cannont overrev a 2 stroke.
A 2 stroke does not have moving valves and timing gear to fail at high rpm's. The actual shape and placement in the cylinder, prolly does not allow the engine to run past a certain rpm.
