Hi everyone. Well i got some kx forks, and i got springs for my weight, and all everyone says to do is adjust my valve shims so they are better for woods riding. Any help would be great.

Here is a picture of my base vavle with all the shims in the order they go on. Should i add more shims or take some away to make it better for woods riding. Thanks

Also i dont have to worry about a midvalve right??

As I understand it, you should subtract shims to make it ride softer. But, I would consult an expert because shims vary in thickness (at least on the more advanced designs) and are placed in a specific order to do specific things in the stroke.
