I put on a new 12 C/S sprocket with a new o-ring chain on my CR and it looks like the chain is going to rub the case. Do I have to go back to 13T or can I put a spacer in between the spocket and shaft? TIA
depending on what type of chain it is, you may have to shim the sprockte. some 0-ring chains are thicker than others. i think fastway makes one(spacer) for crf's that will work fine...i had a similar problem with a regina 0-ring chain. i ended up buying a RK 520KZU o-ring...its slightly thinner and i never had a problem again with it... :cool:
