A few suggestions for the ones trying to get fit

I learned quite a few thing during the winter that help me ride better and be more fit.
I joined my school's swim team this winter and I have to say it made a difference like I don't get tired at all anymore while riding and I got stronger so I could ride faster and harder.

For those who want to get fit and ride better put down the weights and get swimming or if you can't swim, just run and use the weights to tone your muscles don't try to build them up like a body builder would. You need to get your heart strong and your muscles tone.
