Looks like RC is the man. Again.

Beats Chad by 20 seconds after they start 1-2. OK, Chad did go down, and lost about 9 seconds.

Lucky for Chad that K-dub got a 15th place start.

IMO, this will be '03 revisited. RC will win take a huge points lead and dominate Daytona. Then RC will downshift into 'Championship Protection' mode.

Wow McGrath got 5th. That show's he's still got some juice left in him. Go MC!

Yup....That's really good for being off for two years..Big improvement from last week!

I'm thinking we'll see a MC podium.

I was a little suprised that MC held 3rd for the first 10 or 11 laps. On the web cast they keep saying how MC had shaved one second off this lap times at the Honda test track last week. Maybe part time will work himself into full time.

To bad CR fell on lap three. It was a close race for three laps...

Tommy Hahn's a kid that lives a hop, skip and a jump east of me. The town is Belpre, which is probably less than 50 people? I really don't know. It's tiny. If srellis is reading this, she probably knows him.

Wadded it up after clipping Sipes back tire in the air. Apparently he spent several laps on the ground before remounting.

Yep, then the bike wouldnt fire so they went back to pits. Really sucked seeing my hometown rider go down and out. Atleast he's not hurt!

If you don't call Chad Reed, k-Dub, and MC competition I do not think you thinking is all there. :coocoo:

Jeez Rat, that was pretty obvious bait. It seems that KW and CR can push RC for a few laps, but nobody has the stamina or consistency to hang for an entire race. I doubt that Bubber would have been much of a threat after about 10 laps either.

If RC made a quick left turn without signalling, sewer rat would get a broken nose.

Hmmm lets see - due to injuries and crashes, Bubba is now 4 for 7 with championships in his pro career. Outside of 2005, he's never had any real competition other than himself.

RC is 8 for 8 for outdoor championships and 4 for 8 for SX championships. That's a 75% championship winning rate compared to Bubba's 57%.

RC is still the man in my books until Bubba can figure out a little more consistency. Having the fastest lap time is great, but doesn't win championships.

Bubba didn't even have the fastest lap times as Phoenix. The AMA released corrected times that had Ricky with the fastest times. That must have made Bubba feel even more bitter about his broken arm. (Gee, is this the kind of rookie miscue people suggested might plague JBS his first year in the big leagues? The kind of comments that made him so mad that he claimed he was going to blow everybody away, and that he was better than Ricky ever was?)

Yep. I can't wait to see Reedy put some pressure on in the latter half of the season. My only concern is his physical issues previously discussed.

Man, we've been screwed. This was the most anticipated SX season, and it's turned into an RC show. These guys need to step it up. Windham could start now. Reed's gonna have to take some time to sort things out, but yeah...he'll never back down.

Domination? Mabey.
Most anticipated season in a long time? Mabey
Everyone besides Carmichael starting to fold before the season is half over? ?

Sorry, couldn't help it.

Me and the wife got a chuckle when the guys at ESPN2 decided to air Thors/ Reeds, gear ad with the kid, the moment they went to air just after he crashed. Kind of weird the way that happened

There is much yet to unfold this season. Watch, wait and see......I think there will be some good twists and turns in the script. For a start who wrote Windham into this....I wrote him off...but there he is......SX can be a funny game.

Dude where were you this weekend? The berthoud race was a blast!

You might not know the history of this place but
XRPredator actually said that a while back. I'm just giving him a hard time.
