I was washing my bike yesterday and noticed that the Michelin M12 front tire has a few knobs that have come off. I started looking around and it looks like there will be several more soon. Otherwise, the thing looks almost new. I run a Michelin S12 rear and it just looks a little rounded on the edges. I ride a variety of terrain, but I figured the S12 would chunk off before the M12. The tires were new this spring.

Tire pressure? A friend had like 30psi in his and it chunked pretty good.

I've been running 11 psi in my set of M12's, it seems to do the trick. Traction is a bit better too.

I run mine at 11 psi too.
