Hi, just wondering if anyone has had any success using aspirin to lower arm pump by thinning out the blood. I find myself getting arm pump at the beginning of the races when I'm tense and won't have it the rest of the day??? Thanks!

I take 4 advil (4 200mg caplets) and that seems to help me out a lot with all kinda of aches and pains, including arm pump.

It does seem to help with arm pump and cardio but I only take one. If you go down and have bleeding internal or external the asprin will greatly increase the flow. I used to take 3 tablets. I went down once at the start of a long race brusing my elbow. The next day my arm was blue from arm pit to wrist. Moderation is the key.
