Ball Hones

I know this has been discussed here previously, but the search function didn't reveal what I'm looking for.

Specifically, what grit, size and abrasive type ball hone is recommended for honing 2-stroke cylinders. Seems to me I recall 240 grit, 10% overbore and Boron Carbide abrasive. Anyone?
