bar mounts

I'm looking at getting aftermarket bar mounts, but am undecided as to whether I want the top single solid mount or keep with dual caps :confused: Right now my stockers are dual and rubber mounted, and when I go down the bars always twist in the mounts and don't bend (but it's really annoying to always tweak them back into place). With a solid would they probably bend? Which do you use or recommend...Thanks

BTW I've got tapers on, if that matters.

I use ProTapers w/an Applied triple clamp and have yet too bend my bars..
