Absolutely. Take it to a shop (auto or bike). They'll probably hit you with a shop minimum for tacking it back together, but it should only take about five minutes.

Ya, find a shop that specializes in heli-arc aka TIG welding. thats the strongest and best looking way to weld aluminum.

I'm not sure to tell you the truth. I was just loading it on the trailer and noticed the number plate was flopping around and seen it broke.

Mine broke also, what I did in the mean time before I got it fixed was I went to the hardware store and bought one of those bolts that come in a rubber sleeve that expands when it's tightened.

Worked great.
