hey guys
the chain on my CR125 is loose as, but the chain tensioners seem to be all the way tightened, would it help if i loosened the wheel and pulled it back?
or is it time for a new chain :whoa:

Moving the rear wheel is the standard way to tighten a chain. There should be an adjusting bolt on each side of the rear axle to do just that.

Can you clarify that? Seized or fully extended. And no, don't try to just pull the wheel. Look in your manual, there is a spec for chain stretch. Like so many links per a certain distance. You can get a rough idea by grabbing the chain at the back of the rear sprocket and trying to pull it out away from the sprocket. If it pulls off more than a half of a tooth, it's probly shot.

Please tell me you loosened the wheel before you tried to move the tensioners.

_JOE_ , i can't really clarify it, the nuts are all the way to the axel or whatever,
RPM12505, i didnt try to tighten it, because there already all the way tightened!
