Chassis difference: 125-200 vs 250-380

What's the big difference in the 125-200 and the 250 on up chassis. I'm told there is some ergo differnces.

the 125/200 frame is shorter from front to back. i think the diff. is .8 in. or something like that. that & the lower weight make a bigger diff. than you might expect.
