I just got my 1996 RM250, and all that it needs to get running is fuel delivery to the carb. We cleaned the carb out once, cleaned the pet-**** too. Fuel flows out of the tank fine. However, it won't flow into the carb, no matter what. I even stuck my mouth in the tank and blew hard, and it just won't flow into the carb, and yes the petcock in ON.
What in the carb needs to be cleaned to solve this? Is the is float related problem, or something with the brass inlet pipe on the carb? Is there a way to take off the inlet pipe?
