Clutch adjustment

OK what I am talking about here is not the lever adjustment but the engagement adjustment. When i go to let the clutch out it only engages to like the last 1/4 of the way out of me letting go of the lever, i want the engagement to go sooner than that. also checked my manual and it only tells you how to adjust the action of the lever.

In other words I don't like letting the lever out so far for the bike to start moving, I want the bike to start moving after I let the lever out only a little bit.
