My 95 KDX 200 makes quite alot of noise from the clutch side...A loud "twacking" kind of noise. I thought it might be the advancer hitting the cluch basket,but every thing looks fine. There is a fair amount of free play at the basket/drive gear but the hub seems tight.I'm pulling the assembly in the morning and was wondering if I should look for any thing in particular.Could it just be worn plates? The shaft bearings seem good... Any ideas or links would be great, Thanks!
