clutch parts

I think ive found a deal on a Hinson clutch basket and pressure plate. I know that my basket is notched because it drags really bad when I pull the clutch in. I know i can get more life out of the basket by filing it but if I can get these parts for cheap I will go ahead and buy them now. Do I need to buy the pressure plate also or do they normally outlast the basket? Thanks a lot.
