clutch questions

I have a 2003 Honda CR250R. the clutch drags when in gear, and does not fully disengage. The discs are in good shape, and the steel plates are slightly discolored. The hub and basket are slightly grooved but not that bad. I used to run Bel Ray Hypoid gear oil 80W, but now use the Hinson 80W. When the clutch is cold it's real grabby, so much so that my bike won't idle in gear. When it gets real hot, if I abuse it, the idle goes real high, but the clutch isn't sticky. If the engine is off, bike in gear clutch in, and I try to push it feels like the brakes are on. Tried everything, please help.
