on my 92 yamah wr200(2 stroke) the coolant will be bubbling after a ride. It will do this all the time when I turn the bike off. It never did this before, it started after I rebuilt the engine. The radiator is full, and so is the reserve. The impeller is fine to and it does pump coolant. There is no coolant coming out but when you turn it off you can hera bubling for about a minute, I can't tell whether it is coming from the reserve or radiator.

the head gasket is brand new, put in when the engine was rebuilt. How would this make the coolent bubble? It is just bubling, not coming out of the bike

A second for your head gasket. What happens is that combustion pressure leaks past the gasket, putting bubbles in the coolant, from the combustion gases leaking into the cooling system.

Just because the head gasket is new, doesn't mean it was installed correctly, that it is sealing correctly, or that the cylinder and head surfaces are still true.
