cr250 mid valve

i have an 01 cr250 with the recomended race tech mid valve conversion, wandering if anyone has a pic of the mid valve and maybe the shim sizes, im not the one that did the conversion, so i have no idea how it should go together, my forks bottom on the face of jumps and ride low in the stroke , i would like to put the mid valves back in , if anyone has any help it would be much appreciated...

Like i said in another post its not a easy thing to convert back unless you have all the parts handy and there are a fair few of them.

I have the stock midvalve valve stack info. I can post it when I get home the end of the week, but like Marcus says, there's more than the stack to it, and I don't think Honda lists all the individual bits.
