cr250+prowheel rims. lacing

i picked up a set of black prowheel rims for my 02 cr250. i got a set of stainless spokes from rims plus.net. im running my stock hub with the rims. i got the front rim all laced up but i cant tighten the spokes. i have all the nipples maxed out (end of the threaded portion of the spoke) and cant tighten them any more; they are all still very loose >10mm slack!. the bag the spokes came in have 02 cr250 written on them and the correct rim size so as far as i can tell they are the right spokes. im also pretty sure i laced it right, i hd a 98yz250 rim to copy from. rims plus sent me the wrong rear spokes and im getting annoyed :bang:
any one have any ideas?

The two diffrent wheels may not have the same lacing pattern. Take a look at a '02 CR250 wheel that hasn't been taken apart, and see if you spaced the spokes the right amount.

ok, thanks yz165. this was my first try at lacing MX wheels. done it on my HD b-4. any one have any close up shots of a 02 cr250 front wheel or lacing instructions for said wheel?
