CR80 FMF Fatty

I have a 2002 CR80 Expert. I am about 5'8" and I race competitively. I was looking at an FMF fatty. I was wondering if that would bump up my horsepower noticeably. If anyone has any opinions or better yet has the same set up as me and has tried the Fatty I would really like to hear what you think about it.

Look into a 125 in the future if you're 5'8'''. But i would look into getting it ported for racing instead of a pipe.

i have a fatty on my yz85 and it really had a noticable power increase

Thanks for the advice. I'm not going to bump to 125's quite yet and I'm not sure I want to port it for financial reasons. It sounds like the Fatty will really compliment my engine so I think I'm going to go ahead and try it.

Correction, porting for a mini is only $100. Well worth it too.

What does it do for the engine? Is it $100 all said and done, including new parts and everything? What does it involve as far as maintenance? Do I have to take my engine off my frame and ship it to Eric Gorr? These are "need to knows" before I consider porting, I don't even truely know what porting is.
