Custom boots

Does anyone know of a boot manufacturer who makes custom-fit MX boots?

I have size 7 1/2 feet, but big tree-trunk calves, so I either have to have very LONG footed boots to make the calves fit, or use a lot of duct tape to close up normal sized boots!

This may sound crazy but do a search for Professional Wrestling gear. I remember seeing a site one time that custom made boot for the big pro wrestlers. They had an MX style boot. That may work for you.
