cylinder swap

i have a 1995 kdx 200 i was told you can swap the cylinder with one off a 250 to give it a ton more torque is this true? has anyone heard of this? thanks

I'm pretty sure it's the 220 you can swap top ends with, not a 250.
I am prepared to stand corrected.
