I have recently purchased a used '00 KDX 200. After changing the fluid in the forks, I noticed one of them sticking at a point part way through the fork's travel. I tore them apart and found a dent the extends into the inner chamber of the outer fork housing. This was causing the bushing to bind/stick.

My question is how do I remove indentation? The cost of new outer forks was outrgeous and I don't know where to find used ones.

Any help / direction is greatly appreciated.

look on e bay, if you go to a dealer you will pay a lot, was it around $300 just for the inner tube? I had the same issue a few years back with my RM, dealer wanted a ton of $$$ got a new one off the auction site for $50
