I'm definitely getting a 2-stroke 250 in the next week or so. I've been looking at some cr's and some yz's. Is there a big difference in the bikes from say '99 to '02? I don't want to spend over $2500. I've seen some 99's with new bars, rebuilds, levers, etc. from $1700-$2000. That'd leave me some money to get some extra parts I wanted for it. Or should I get the 'newer' '02 or '03 for $2300 or so. Is there a big difference in the model years?
