Hi I have seen the honda crf 250's with dual exhaust. do they make a kit for this on a 2005 ttr 125l? I am just wondering what it would cost me if i did it. i already know it;s probably gonna be out of my budget no more that 200 but for future references. would you guys recomend anything else that would give me more power?

thanks tom

Get the flywheel lightend so you have more snap and try some free mods like the baffle removal and air box snorkel removal.

do a search under ttr125 mods. This has been talked about quite a bit here. Lots of interesting information. The search bar is two over from the log out button. just type it in and go!

the bad thing about dual exhaust is when you flip your bike over and smash your pipe you may smash 2 and any upgrades you have to buy 2 of everything gets a little pricey I wouldnt consider it worth it

just my .02

I find it really ironic that people think a dual exhaust on a single cylinder engine isn't a silly idea. Heck if two is good maybe 3 or 4 is better! :)

well i have already done the air box and re jetted. and how much is it to get a lighter flywheel. i just want a little more power because i am somewhat agressive for me being only 13 and riding for 3 years. i know that a ttr is not a racing bike but i need to keep it somewhat quiet.

what do you mean flyingfuzzball?
Marketing BS, well maybe a tiny bit of truth for the full on race bikes but it's not even close to being and issue on a TTR125, no matter how tricked out.

The thrust chamber doesn't fix the overall design of the exhaust it just adds a bit more volume to the can. If you want a louder exhaust there are plenty of options other there, PC & FMF come to mind. On the otherhand if you want performance gains there are only a few options as far as easy bolt on pieces. When you up the ante to big bore kits, cams and the like there is noticable improvement available but none of those can be had for $100.

from a ttr125 rider to another, If you want quiet go with the FMF factory 4.1 with the 94db quiet incert but its kinda pricy. a twobrothers is what i have on mine but its annoying loud. id try airbox mod jetting and the procycle 125 powerup kit and your ttr will breathe fire!! and if i remember its in the 100-200 $ range
Good luck
