Has any one been to Durham Town? I live about 6 hours away and I am thinking about taking a trip? If you have ever been will you please post likes, dislikes, any recomendations on certain things to do, things to bring etc... I will probably stay in one of the cabins.

It is a great place to go for a group with a wide variety of interests and/or skills. Most of the trails are wide and smooth. The tracks are very safely designed with forgiving landings, but are not worked up. They keep them like concrete. It is nice because you don't get nasty ruts and braking bumps, but it hurts when you fall.

They have some singletrack that is bike-only, but I stay away from that.

Honestly, you don't need to bring much since they have a full store on premises. Riding is normally only from 9:00 - 5:00, so plan of something to do during the evening (like cooking out or maybe fishing).
