Are there any mods to be done to fit a 1992 KDX 200 engine in a 1997 frame?

hi i would of thought putting an earlier 200 engine in wouldnt cause too many problems i am currently thinking of fitting a 91 250 engine into a 91 200 does anyone know what problems this could cause
