The logic is not backwards, his main gripe was that there was too long of a turnaround. Even though this may be true, he said he would recomend sending the cylinder to someone else for that reason. if they too have too long of a turnaround, and also misrepresent thier return time than that is not a valid factor in the decision in who to send your cylinder. the choice must then be made on other criteria. It was not meant to justify or defend eric. It was merely meant to interject the fact that the other all the other companies that I have dealt with (pc, FMF, kustom kraft, lake and shore) have had the same problem. therefore I think that before trashing someone like he did, he should see what else is available. I've waited 6 weeks for a cylinder that was promised in a week and when I recieved it, the workmanship was questionable.

I agree with Marv and will close this thread. The final consnsus Eric gorr has many satisfied and loyal customers- unfortunatly Pitmonkey (altho seemingly satisfied with the product) has a valid beef about the service end of his transaction.
I just think we are now straying towards nonproductive posts as to the subject matter
