What Is the best way to adjust the Floats on a Mikuni Carb - The Book say's 14.0 + 1.0 mm

I got an inexpensive digital caliper from Harbor Freight. Then I gently bend the tabs on the float until I'm within spec. Hope this answers your question.

Thanks- How do you Measure (From What Point) And the Caliper you use - How does it Look - Does it have a Name

I'm only familiar with my carb, so I can't answer from what point to what point your measure. I advise you to consult your manual.
