can some one tell me why all the fmx guys are all on 2 strokes? I understand in their backflipping competition stuff they want a light bike when they hit the tech ramps to those landings inside stadiums and stuff but what about when you see them just go huuuuge, they are almost always on a 2t

When you let off the throttle in the air with a 4 stroke it is much like hitting the rear brake...the front drops. No handed tricks can be very dangerous on a 4 stroke. A guy I used to ride with took both hands off shortly after he started riding a four stroke and as soon as he did, the front fell away from him and it ended with a bad crash.

Yes, but i am good enough to know that modern day 450Fs and 250Fs have their strong points against a current 2 stroke. You can not always win.
