Forestry approved spark arrester ?

Is my stock 2001 KDX200 silencer a US Forestry approved spark arrester ? If not, what low cost fix/add on would make it approved ?

Yes, the stock silencer is a US Forestry approved spark arresting silencer.

Does it say that on the silencer or is it in the owners manual ?

Ain't no decal, neither. It's stamped in the metal! (..along with the 'do not remove, change the gender of, modify, goober or otherwise mess with this silencer or we'll send guido out to get you!)

It's usually swapped out right off! ;)
