I've got a '90 RM250 that is need of some forks seals before it gets sold. Is it that hard to replace them myself? I've done all the other maintanence on the bike myself, pretty simple. I'm just worried about the extra special Suzuki magic fork seal tool I'll need(says the Clymer anyhow) :) Any advice would be appreciated...

look at the thread on making your own driver from a pvc pipe. The 90 Susuki, has it got the showa forks or the KYBs?im guessing either from that era are very similar if i remember correctly.Anyway it should be a rountine job if you have a reasonable amount of mechanical skills.
