last year i discovered a leaking right fork seal and was able to replace it around the beginning of the year.i used 15 wt oil when i did it at the suggestion of a dealer in my area.i was heavier then and am down to 187 lbs now.my forks are really stiff escpecially coming off of jumps. i also get alot of headshake when going fast. the clickers are in the stock positions.any suggestions would be appreciated, also how far do i have to tear the forks down to change the oil and how often should it be done?as of now i just do trail riding

The easiest thing I would say, is drain all fluids from the forks. Refill with Mobile one ATF synthetic. I have been doing all bikes I rebuild with that and it seems to work good. That is much thinner than that 15w oil.
