Endo - what kind of start (dead engine, straddle the front wheel...) will you be using?

Loco, dead engine, on the bike. All AMA National rules will be enforced. If you REALLY wanted to, however, we'll let you straddle the front tire. Two years ago we had a LeMans style start, it was hilarious. A lot of guys crashed in the slippery grass while trying to run to there bikes. Can't do it in a National though.
Jimicarl, I think you need to quit that night job cleaning the booth curtains at the porn shop.

Endo... you guys did one heck of a job on that race. ;) Thank you so very much for giving me the best weekend of the year! :aj: It was great meeting ALL of you guys and gals from ETRA. I can't wait to schmooze with you again. Next year won't come soon enough.

So I was sitting in the Portland airport last night drinking a cold one looking out the window watching the rain come down refleckting on the days event and thinking of how dusty it was just hrs ago and I came to a conclushion as I ordered another beer, that someday I'll come back to race here again.


Thanks Etra for putting on a great event, I can't wait to see the coverage that ESPN2 got (motoworld maybe?) I had a great time and think it was run well.

One quick story: On the first lap I was going down a steep wooded hill, the kind that you squeeze your but cheaks on and at the bottom you came out buy a paved road for about 20 yards and the shoot back to the left going up an off camber wooded hill. Well I missed the left and before I new it I was in the middle of the paved road thinking i cant believe i just did that!!!! I flew over the drop off clipped the ditch and was doing a stoppy on my front wheel, Just Like A Real Pro (LOL). You guys had everything marked well I just blew by the turn>>>>

Did I do the Funky Chicken??????
