gas leaking from card, help please

I'm having some carb problems and wanted to turn to you guys for help. At times my carb will leak gas from one of the hoses when I'm at idle or when I turn off my bike. I've also noticed that I have a slight pinch in the throttle cable just before it connects to the "slide valve" (?). The action on the throttle seems fine, so I don' t think it's that. When I'm ridding my bike it seems to lunge forward ramdomly. Like my cable is getting stuck or to much fuel. Previously I accidentally wheelied my bike over 30 feet uncontrollably because my bike got away from me. Any comments would be great.

Sounds like the float is sticking open,Maybe it's time to clean and inspect the carb.!! Give that a try!! Sometimes you can tap on the float bowl with a screwdriver handle and the over flow will stop( but there's a reason it;s over flooding( dirty,worn float needle and seat).
