Good deal on '03 250EXC?

I'm looking into "stepping up" from my KDX200 and I found an '03 250EXC today. The bike looks to have been well cared for; I found BRP triple clamps, Factory Connection revalved forks, and other goodies.

Price is $3550 and this is in the middle of the NADA band for that bike.

Is this a good deal? Was the '03 a good year for the 250EXC? Any gotchas I need to look out for?
