grabby clutch

i have a 04 kx 125 with a jerky clutch
when it hasent been ridden for a day or so when you got to take off it jerks like you dont know how to use a clutch, i am thinking that it is just that the oil is out of in between the plates but it have never done it before, what can be dont to fix it the basket is not notched or any thing like that

I have found a routine that in some way cures that problem, When I warm up my bike before riding, just before taking off, I hold the clutch lever in for about ten seconds while the bike is in neutral. If I forget to do that routine, the bike sometimes die when I put it in first gear, like if I had forgot to pull the clutch in.

my 03 does this also. It seems ok once warm. I think it is normal.
