Helmet question

This summer I was riding at Uwharrie forest and was climbing a hill when my bike stalled and started rolling backwards. the rear wheel hit a stump and i flew off the back of the bike and rolled down the hill. I was a little dizzy and had trouble hearing for about 5 mins, and my side hurt bad. Do you think this fall is enough to warrant inspection of my helmet? (there is little cozmetic damage on the outside, and all my foam looks good

If you took a hard shot on the helmet, you are probably best served by getting a new helmet. Run a search on this subject and you will get alot of info and opinions.

trust me if you took a good hit on that helmet its gone,chances are you can send it back to manufacturer to have it checked.bell is real good about this.better safe than sorry.
