I'm considering buying this flywheel weight. The seller has no idea what brand it is. I know...shady! Anyhow, it's 9oz and fits 03-05 CR250's.

Any flaming or help is greatly appreciated!

Could be a Steahly weight, they are the most common. If he will guarantee that it will fit your bike then buy it - 9 oz would be about right (I run an 8 oz.)

I ended up buying it. For $30...hard to pass up. I was thinking Steahly too...but they don't list a 9oz weight for my bike. The only 9oz weight I could find for an 03-06 CR250 was from SFB Racing. Maybe that's it.

I dont think its a Steahly, I've got a 12oz Steahly on my bike and it has threaded holes on the face of the weight to attach the installation tool, unless the one you have is an older design?

sfb

It really looks like a sfb to me as well. Its a very nice flywheel (well constructed and nice finish). Not chincy pot metal like the steahly brand. You got a phenomanal deal at 30.00. I paid 109.00 plus tax for my sfb weight.
