I've had a 2001 Honda CRM 125 , for a week now and it will not rev past 8000 rpm. Has anyone any experiance with these bikes?, im thinking the powervalve is not working. Its not restricted on the exhaust(DEP System). And I,ve removed intake restriction plate. Any help will be greatful.
