How do I setup my suspension properly?

Hi All, I have an 01 YZ250 and I bought it off a bloke who is considerably smaller and lighter than me (he is about 65 kegs im about 95). Im always reading about the importance of having your suspension set up correctly for your ride, however I dont know how to do this. Im very confident with rebuilding motors etc, and dont like the idea of paying someone money to do something I can do myslef, so if anyone could point me in the direction of some "suspension 101" tips etc it would be much appreciated!

For starters, with the weight difference you're probably going to need stiffer springs.

Thanks again Mate. That page is useful. I will print it out and head bush with my tools and see what I can come up with.
