how do i shrink a shirt?

i have this shirt that is supposed to be more or less skin tight, buts its gotten kinda stretched out. its 100% cotton, can i just wash it in hot water and it will shrink?

Put it in the dryer after washing on high for a long time:D

but you see "more or less skin tight" is different than skin tight...its just an undershirt to wear under a button up and now that it's stretched out it bunches up and isnt very comfortable

like spanky, my wife's an expert. She has the formula down to shrink my XXl cool shirts, sweaters, etc, to her exact size 5.
