Friend of mine at work picked up a new 2005 450 Husky (I don't know the models) offroad bike with lights, electric start, etc. over the weekend in Lebanon, Mo. for about $4700. Sounded like he had more in stock and was making deals. I'm not affilliated with the dealer in any fashion, in fact I've never set foot in the place. Just thought you Husky-lovers out there might be looking for a deal. I looked this up on the internet and am pretty sure it's right. Good Luck!

Wayne, at Lebanon is a great guy to deal with. When my son raced Huskies, we had a few problems with magnetos on the bike. One time was right before a race. Each time, they pulled the part right off a bike on the showroom and slapped it on mine. They are a good shop to deal with.

Yea,I saw a similar deal on a o5' 450 at local dealership,it was a "little" higher but still way less then the guy who purchased new 6mo. ago.Makes you wonder how much discount husky is giving dealers? Then again now that 06' are plateable 05's aren't worth much maybe?

I just bought a new, still in the crate, leftover 2005 Husqvarna TC450 motocrosser from Heinen's Yamaha/Husky in Osseo Minnesota. They shipped it to me here in Orlando Florida for around $5200 including shipping, fees, etc, that was the TOTAL 'out the door' price. They were very fast with the shipping, but they were not very good communication wise. The salesman was very busy and rushed on the phone, like he had many other customers waiting in the showroom as he was on the phone with me (the receptionist told me that he was the only saleman on the floor that week!). He did not seem to want to take the time to answer my questions other than a simple yes/no. I was trying to get a bunch of information as this is my first long distance order of a large, high ticket item, and my first Husky. Anyway, the bike arrived in perfect condition, was easy to assemble (very minor stuff), the crate was small enough and light enough to load into a small pickup and slide around/lift with two or three guys, and the bike easily started right up after assembly! The bike was missing the kick starter assembly (the bike has an electric start as the primary starter), but I have heard that this is a very common missing item on US bikes, in fact I think it is missing on almost all shipped TC450's in the US. Heinen's did not give me any problem with re-shipping this part quickly. They were very fast and honest to deal with, except with the 'too busy' feeling on the phone and the 'three word answers' on e-mails. I would give them a 4 out of 5, and I would give the bike itself a 4.7 out of 5, just because parts are somewhat hard to find (for example, cool graphics are a pain to find). For comparison, I give my nice 2004 Yamaha YZ450f a 4.5 out of 5.0, only because the suspension always feels 'plain/blah', it isn't super good or super bad, just plain. Most stock parts/repair parts for the Husky are easily found, there are just not that many cool 'doo-dads' for this bike that are avalable (not that it needs anything, it comes pretty darn well equipped). Oh well, there was my long winded Husky experience so far...

... By the way, does anyone know where I can get cool graphics and/or number backgrounds for a 2005 TC450??
