Hey everyone thank you for taking your time to view what i am writing. I have a yamaha yz 125 02' and i am wondering how often i should grease my stem, wheel bearings, rear linkage, and swing arm. I ride on a motocross track not muddy a little wet nothing bad, just an average track. I am wondering how often to grease all of this stuff. And i want to change my oil i know how to drain it at the bottom of the engine. Well how much oil do i put in? In ml appreciated. Thaks for your help and suggestions
