i hope it's just bad timing

well if you didn't know, i just had knee surgery on may 5th. it went well and the knee is good and strong. i've been on the track 3 times in a week and the knee felt great. well yesterday iwas (taking it easy) riding around got cross rutted and seperated the old shoulder. now thats not a big deal its only a 2nd degree seperation. but man i feel jinxed. a year and ahalf i broke my back, then this year my knee, and 1 month later my shoulder
my wife (she is the greatest) and i have great relationship. but i can tell she is getting pissed. not at me. well let me put it this way. pissed at me for not wanting to get rid of the bike to keep this from happening :confused:
she's always accepted my riding, but these last 3 things are getting her down (and me as well)
anyways, i fell like i've got a target on my back, and the good ole crash bunny is having target practice. well it looks like a bunny on pain pills. i just had to vent off thanks for reading

Wraith we went thru a similar year last year
January 10th- the kid breaks his right arm snowboarding (3 days before a week long family ski vacation)
June 8th- thekid crashes at a race breaks right colar bone and gets a bad concusion. I go down with a cardiac problem and spend the summer being poked and probed (not by Gomer)
Oct 5th- I blow out my knee at DW and have surgery Dec 3 and Jan 31
Dec 10th- thekid breaks both arms snowboarding
My wife has never asked either of us to quit or slow down (altho thekid convinced her my knee was because my old bike had no rear suspension so she approved me purchasing a new bike- preventive maintanence you know:) )

from 90-93, i broke four bones. i nearly quit riding. in 94, i only raced twice. i a new track opened up nearby and i got back into it. i then went nine years of racing about every other weekend without a serious injury. hopefully the crash bunny is done with you.
