Blend a banana in some moo juice (or soy milk) with a scoop or two of a good quality powdered protein. Try to drink it an hour or a bit more before practice. Blowing Fruit Loops all over the mat won't earn ya' much respect :laugh:
Another option would be some whole wheat toast with peanut butter on it. You can jazz it up with some banana slices or honey if your so inclined. You get easily digestable protein and carbs so your not going to have partly digested food bouncing around in your stomach while you're being bounced around on the mat.
