I figure it's the very least we can do. Most of us, myself included, tend to sound off when we have a problem with something; a product or service, so I think it is only fair that I/we should let people know when they have done a good thing! It's very rare these days. When I get a product I am really pleased with, I make sure to call the vendor/manufacturer and let them know. They are ALWAYS glad to get a call just saying "Thanks" for a fine product. Makes their day AND mine!:)
